DIRECTOR

Hi, I’m Lachlan, the founder and director of Caton Constructions. With over 20 years’ experience in residential construction, I specialise in high end new homes and dual occupancy projects across Sydney. I’ve managed luxury builds ranging from $2 million to $25 million and have been fortunate to receive multiple state and national awards along the way. I take pride in running a boutique building company that values clear communication, accountability, and quality craftsmanship above all else.

I grew up in the Sutherland Shire and developed a love for the ocean early on. In my younger years, I was a surf lifesaver at Elouera Surf Club, which shaped my strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. That connection to the water has stayed with me, and when I’m not on site, you’ll usually find me spending time by the ocean with my wife Rebecca and our dog Val, whether that’s boating, fishing, relaxing on the sand, or stand up paddle boarding.

On the work front, I enjoy being hands on and involved throughout the entire process, from early planning and approvals through to construction and handover. I believe great builds come from strong relationships, honest advice, and well run systems that keep clients informed and confident at every stage. For me, it’s not just about building homes, it’s about building trust and delivering an experience people feel good about from start to finish.

MARKETING

Hi, I’m Angelica. I look after marketing at Caton Constructions, focusing on the brand, website, and social media, and helping shape how Caton shows up online.

I enjoy the creative side of marketing, particularly content creation and refining ideas so everything feels clear, considered, and on brand.

Outside of work, I love staying active and moving. I enjoy long walks, running, and have recently fallen in love with playing tennis. I also really value downtime with family and friends, and spending time with my black cat, Choco. I’m based in the Philippines and love travelling and exploring new places whenever I get the chance.
